House Rules
To make sure all our guests feel comfortable and can enjoy a peaceful stay, we kindly ask you to follow a few simple rules.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is possible from 14:00 to 19:00. Please let us know in advance if you expect to arrive later.
On the day of departure, the room must be vacated by 10:00.
Smoking and safety
Smoking is prohibited throughout the guesthouse. Thank you for respecting the comfort of other guests and the safety of the building.
Sports equipment and footwear
Please do not store bicycles, skis, snowboards or other sports equipment in the rooms. A ski room is available in winter, and a lockable storage area is available outside the winter season.
Please leave outdoor footwear in the designated area.
Electrical appliances
The use of personal electrical appliances is not permitted, except for standard devices intended for personal care, such as an electric shaver or hairdryer.
Staying with dogs
Small and medium-sized dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. They must be kept on a leash in shared areas and must not be left alone in the room.
Quiet hours
Please observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 7:00.
Valuables and damage
Guests are responsible for their own valuables. Please speak to us if you need something to be stored securely.
If any equipment is damaged during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible.
